We ship Canada Post Expedited. *Expedited shipping option comes with $100 shipping insurance & tracking. Expedited shipping takes anywhere from 1-7 business days WITHIN CANADA. We are on the East Coast so the closer you are to us, the faster you will receive your package.

We charge a FLAT RATE of $15 for Canadian orders.

FREE SHIPPING: Nova Scotian orders over $100 (before shipping, tax and discounts) will receive FREE SHIPPING.

* If you order exactly enough product to receive free shipping and we are out of stock in an item, we reserve the right to cancel the order or substitute another item to maintain your free shipping. 


We use a generalized shipping calculation for the US, rather than State by State. If your actual shipping is MORE than what you were charged at checkout, we will send you an invoice for the balance. If you overpaid by more than $1, we will refund the balance.

*You must check a box to accept these terms before you can check out so please make sure you understand the checked box is binding we can not cancel orders once placed.

EXAMPLE: 2 bars of soap shipped to Maine costs us $15.85 to ship. 2 bars of soap shipped to California costs us $29.50 to ship. These are actual Canada Post charges.

We ship all U.S. packages via Canada Post Expedited Parcel U.S.A.

  • This service takes between 4-8 business days but there is no money back, on time guarantee.
  • Parcels will include tracking number and $100 liability insurance.


We ship all International Parcels Via Canada Post Xpresspost International.

  • This service takes between 4-7 days and has an on time delivery guarantee.
  • Parcels will include tracking number and $100 liability insurance.    

 INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS - Shipping Deposit is charged at checkout. You will be invoiced for the balance once order is packed. Invoice must be paid before package will be shipped and once orders are packed we are unable to refund orders. If you are concerned about shipping charges please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING: Cut off for Expedited Shipping within Canada is December 15th. We must receive your order at least 48 hours before the 15th to ship your order by Christmas cut off. POSTAL STRIKES may affect these dates!

CLOSED: Our shipping department is CLOSED from Dec 20th 2017 to Jan 7th every year. Any orders placed during that period will ship after Jan 7th.


Our standard T.A.T (turnaround time) is 5 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) for in stock items. This is the time between us receiving you order until it is shipped. It does not include shipping time. For items that are made fresh to order, please allow three additional business days for us to make your goodies fresh! Off season times are different and are detailed below.

Sometimes we experience additional delays. We are a female friendly employer and as such we employ women with babies and small children as well as VERY pregnant team members! Sometimes we are short-staffed as our wonderful employees take care of their personal needs and we are totally great with that! We ask our wonderful Bubble Lovers for patience in these situations.

During heavy shipping seasons (Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day, Halloween) our T.A.T. increases to 10 business days but we work hard to get orders out well before that!

If you have chosen PICK UP IN SEABRIGHT $0.00 as your shipping option, we will message you once we get close to your order number to let you know when your bag will be ready for pick-up. Sorry, we simply can't narrow the time down for you as orders are processed in the order in which we receive them so pickup will depend on our order-load.  For a better idea of processing times, please refer to our Turn-Around-Times above.

1. Please pick your order up within 7 days of receiving your notification. If you need more time just pop us a line, it is no problem for us to hold it longer but we do not want to be in possession of pick-up orders for months on end. PICK UP time should reflect standard turn around times. If this will be an issue please DO NOT choose PICK UP.

2. Of you have chosen PICK UP IN SEABRIGHT $0.00, PLEASE CHECK JUNK FOLDERS for notification emails. We can not control where our emails end up and it is up to you to check all folders. If this is not something you will remember to do, please DO NOT choose PICK UP.

3. If you have chosen PICK UP IN SEABRIGHT $0.00 as your shipping option please make sure this is something you intend to follow through on. When we process a pick-up order it is packed differently than shipping orders. It is unfair on the girls to pack 20 pick-up bags (example that has really happened) and then have everyone change their minds and want their packages shipped. They then have to unpack what they have done and re-pack, create an invoice and reconcile accounting. If you do not intend to pick your order up DO NOT choose PICK UP! I can not stress this point enough!

*We understand that sometimes real issues do pop up meaning your can no longer pick up your package and in this case we will send you an invoice for $25, shipping and repacking. Once we receive payment, your order will be unpacked and repackaged for shipping.

4. We are unable to cancel orders so please choose the proper shipping method, we really appreciate it!

5. These terms may seem stringent but we have been through the wringer with PICK UP and are trying very hard to keep the option for the many customers who really do use it!


During our off season (January, February and March) please allow 10 business days for your order to ship as we work with a skeleton staff and our location is sometimes inaccessible to winter weather and icing conditions.In addition we re-stock during January/February and need to make products to fill orders, hence the longer turn-around.

IF YOU REQUIRE YOUR ORDER BY A PARTICULAR DATE, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. We can let you know if any of your items need to be made fresh, causing order delays. We are unable to cancel your order once it is placed.

DURING CHECKOUT YOU CLICK A BOX THAT SAYS YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND OFF SEASON TURN AROUND TIMES. Your order can not process without clicking the box so we trust you will be aware of our winter procedures.


Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. If Canada Post returns a package to us due to incorrect shipping address, we must pay return shipping which we must change back to the customer. We must then charge additional shipping fees over and above to re-ship the package. These are Canada Post charges that must be paid so there is no other way around this. We are unable to edit shipping addresses once an order has been placed as it voids our insurance.


Rarely, some countries may wish to charge duty and/or tax on goods that you import into your country. In addition, botanicals and natural ingredients may be on a 'hot list' in your country. It is the responsibility of anyone who is purchasing our handmade Canadian products to check out the customs and import rules and restrictions BEFORE placing an order with us. If there are additional fees, they are always the responsibility of the person attempting to import and not the responsibility of Sugar Bubbles Bath Bakery. If your parcel becomes confiscated, we will be unable to provide replacement products.

In Canada, we pay these fees on the majority of orders we bring into Canada from the U.S. and abroad. We strongly recommend checking the regulations in your country before ordering!


*If you are concerned about your package becoming lost, we strongly recommend you purchase additional shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. If you would like to add additional shipping insurance to your package please let us know in the 'notes to seller' section and we will send you an invoice to cover the additional charges.

*Once a parcel is tracked as DELIVERED, our involvement in the process is complete. Unless there is a mistake in your order of course. If Canada Post tracks your package as DELIVERED, and you say you have not received it/someone has stolen it from your step; you must deal with Canada Post directly. We no longer have the ability to intervene once a package is marked DELIVERED.

*Please note: We pack every parcel with attention and care. All of our packages meet or exceed Canada Post packing recommendations and we cannot be responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect contents carefully for accuracy. If there is any discrepancy in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will always fix our mistakes as we take a digital photo of every packed box to ensure accuracy. If we have missed something, we will look it up, confirm and get your missing item/items sent out to you pronto or issue you a refund for your missing item/items! We reserve the right to decide whether you will receive a new product or a refund.
