*Please be aware that our products are handmade. Soaps are all hand piped and imperfect by nature, which is part of the charm in choosing handmade products!

RETURNS

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, no exceptions. If you received a defective product, please let us know within 48 hours. We will then make every effort to determine the nature of the defect. We may require you to return the product to us for inspection. In this case, the return shipping charges must be paid by the sender and if we do find the product was defective, we will refund return shipping charges, product purchase price plus the original product shipping charge for that product only. **Please note: Return/defective products must be sent tracked with signature** We cannot be responsible if the return package is lost in the post.

PRODUCT USE BY DATES

Our soaps keep very well for long periods of time but the scent may fade if left unwrapped. Any products that come in a bottle or jar are considered 'fresh cosmetics' and are formulated to be used within three months, when they are at their best.

PRODUCTS IN PHOTOS

Please be aware that all products are handmade and differ bar to bar, soap to soap. The photo shown is a representation of the item you will receive but is not the actual product we will ship. Each item is different, unique and imperfect by nature. That is the beauty of buying Handmade! Plus, we tend to make things with slight differences every time...artistic expression.

If a photo contains more than one product, please understand that only ONE product will ship unless otherwise stated in the listing.

STORING YOUR SOAP

Soap and products with toppers such as strawberries and chocolate chunks are best stored in low humidity. The toppers draw moisture from the air and causing 'soap sweat'. Great for your skin, not so great for the soap below! Never leave your handmade soap sitting in water or it will turn to mush.

BUY SMALL

If this is your first time purchasing, we suggest you buy in small quantities to see if our products will be suitable for you. Our products vary in scent from nearly naked to heady and sublime and everything in between. Please be cautious when purchasing to avoid disappointment.

CURRENCY

Prices are in Canadian Dollars and are exclusive of tax. Sales tax will be added to orders after shipping charges at the time of check-out. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and refund the full purchase, tax and shipping price.

CANCELLATIONS

Once you have placed your order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it for you. If the order has been packed for shipping, we do not offer refunds. Please let us know as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change in any way!!

MISTAKES

Yes, we do make mistakes! Upon receiving your order, please inspect contents carefully for accuracy. If there is any discrepancy in your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will always fix our mistakes as we take a digital photo of every packed box to ensure accuracy. If we have missed something, we will look it up, confirm and get your missing item/items sent out to you pronto or issue you a refund for your missing item/items! We reserve the right to decide whether you will receive a new product or a refund.
